Alexandru Ciubotaru\u00a0\u00a0\u015fi a pus bazele \u015ftiin\u0163ifice ale embriologiei, cariologiei \u015fi citogeneticii \u00een \u0163ara noastr\u0103. \u00cen cadrul Laboratorului de Embriologie au fost efectuate cercet\u0103ri cariologice, embriologice citogenetice la speciile din genurile:\u00a0<em><i>Zea, Triticum, Avena, Hordeum, Secale, Sorghum, Panicum, Tripsacum, Carex, Artemisia, Glycine etc.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au fost elaborate concep\u0163iile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Gr\u0103unciorul de polen \u2013Tubul polinic \u2013 unical\u0103 sistem\u0103 bio-c\u0103 deschis\u0103 (Ciubotaru, 1965);<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ipoteza homeostatic\u0103 a dublei fecund\u0103ri (A.Ciubotaru, 1969,1970);<\/li>\n<li>Concep\u0163ia neoplasmogenezei zigotului (A.Ciubotaru, 1972);<\/li>\n<li>Statutul morfofunc\u0163ional al gametogenezei (A.Ciubotaru,1984);<\/li>\n<li>Concep\u0163ia tapetogenezei (A.Ciubotaru, 1972 -1995);<\/li>\n<li>Organogeneza (A.Ciubotaru, 1972 -1995);<\/li>\n<li>Aromorfoza embrionar\u0103 (A.Ciubotaru,1972-2003).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primele cercet\u0103ri citoembriologice \u00een Moldova sau efectuat\u00a0\u00a0la mijlocul anilor cinzeci (1954-1956) \u00een cadrul Sectorului de Genetic\u0103 al Filialei Moldovene\u015fti a A\u015e\u00a0\u00a0a fostei URSS.de un mic grup de entuzia\u015fti S.Colesnicov \u015fef., V.Kr\u00eelova, A.Ciubotaru.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anul 1959 \u00een cadrul aceluia\u015fi\u00a0\u00a0Sector a fost creat\u0103 grupa de citologie (\u015feful grupei A.Ciubotaru), care, fiind transferat\u0103 \u00een G.B. a A\u015e \u00een 1964, a pus bazele \u015fi\u00a0\u00a0temelia\u00a0\u00a0Lab. de citologie \u015fi embriologie (1965). Anii 1959 \u2013 1963 au fost consacra\u0163i elabor\u0103rii \u015fi \u00eensu\u015firii metodelor de microtehnic\u0103 \u015fi desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii a cercet\u0103rilor cariologice \u015fi embriologice la nivelul microscopiei fotonice \u015fi electronice. GB era printre primele institu\u0163ii unionale, unde cercet\u0103rile embriologice se efectuau la nivel ultrastructural.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prin anii \u015faizeci au fost desf\u0103\u015furate cercet\u0103rile cariologice \u015fi embriologice la un \u015fir de specii\u00a0\u00a0ale\u00a0\u00a0culturilor de c\u00eemp,\u00a0\u00a0mai t\u00eerziu (1970-1977), a fost cercetat\u0103 cariologia multor specii spontane r\u0103sp\u00eendite \u00een Moldova. Investiga\u0163iile au fost axate\u00a0\u00a0la studierea structurii \u015fi ultrastructurii celulelor reproductive. Au fost publicate monografii, culegeri pe cercet\u0103rile efectuate<em><i>.\u00a0<\/i><\/em><strong><em><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actualul Laborator cu denumirea dat\u0103 a fost format \u00een urma comas\u0103rii a dou\u0103\u00a0\u00a0subdiviziuni: Embriologie, Anatomia\u00a0\u00a0plantelor \u015fi Sectorul de Biotehnologie a plantelor<em><i>.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Schimbarea direc\u0163iei de cercet\u0103ri<\/b><\/strong>. \u00cencep\u00eend cu anul 1996 laboratorul ini\u0163iaz\u0103 o direc\u0163ie nou\u0103 de cercet\u0103ri \u00een domeniul biotehnologiei, citogeneticii, privind cultura \u0163esuturilor \u015fi hibrid\u0103rii parasexuate. Cercet\u0103rile se efectueaz\u0103 la plantele de cultur\u0103, decorative \u015fi medicinale, majoritatea c\u0103rora sunt tradi\u0163ionale pentru Moldova, dar ultimii ani, colaboratorii sunt preocupa\u0163i de cercetarea unor specii de plante noi (alohtone)\u00a0\u00a0pentru Republica Moldova, care\u00a0\u00a0prezint\u0103 interes pentru economie \u0162\u0103rii, regenerarea c\u0103rora, pe c\u0103i tradi\u0163ionale, este dificil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pe parcurs au fost elaborate noi tehnologii de micropropagare \u201e<em><i>in vitro\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/em>\u015fi\u00a0<em><i>\u201ein vivo\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/em>\u00a0\u015fi ob\u0163inerea materialului s\u0103ditor viguros de\u00a0<em><i>Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni<\/i><\/em>,\u00a0<em><i>Aerva lanata Juss.,\u00a0<\/i><\/em><em><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/em><em><i>Polymnia sonchifolia Poepp. et Endl., Rosmarinus officinalis L.,<\/i><\/em><em><i>\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/em><em><i>Ceratostigma plumbaginoides Bunge, Withania somniferum L., Zizyphus jujuba Mill.,<\/i><\/em><em><i>\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/em><em><i>Gingko biloba L., Myrtus communis L., Actinidia deliciosa (Chev.) Liang,Ferguson.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Colaboratorii laboratorului au preg\u0103tit \u015fi a editat 25 monografii, un mare num\u0103r de articole \u015ftiin\u0163ifice circa 700,0 au fost sus\u0163inute 9 teze de doctor habilitat 25 de doctor. \u00cen laborator au f\u0103cut stagierea\u00a0\u00a0din alte \u0163\u0103ri, ast\u0103zi cercet\u0103tori \u00een domeniu din Azerbaidjan, Georgia, Uzbechistan, Rom\u00e2nia, Ungaria, Bulgaria, Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>Poten\u0163ialul \u015ftiin\u0163ific al laboratorului, lucr\u0103rile efectuate de colaboratori sunt cunoscute \u015fi apreciate\u00a0\u00a0\u00een lume. Realiz\u0103rile \u015ftiin\u0163ifice au fost prezentate la multiple \u00eentruniri de rang interna\u0163ional \u015fi republican.
