{"id":2366,"date":"2023-05-23T14:38:29","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T11:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gbni.usm.md\/?page_id=2366"},"modified":"2023-05-23T14:38:29","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T11:38:29","slug":"colectia-pl-furajere","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gbni.usm.md\/?page_id=2366","title":{"rendered":"colectia pl. furajere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><b>Colec\u0163ia plante furajere<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Obiectul cercet\u0103rilor<\/b><\/strong>: speciile de plante furajere noi \u015fi netradi\u0163ioanle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Scopul cercet\u0103rilor<\/b><\/strong>: introducerea \u015fi aclimatizarea plantelor furajere, selectarea \u015fi promovarea celor de perspectiv\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Direc\u0163iile principale de cercetare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>introducerea \u015fi aclimatizarea plantelor furajere noi \u015fi netradi\u0163ionale;<\/li>\n<li>cercetarea particularit\u0103\u0163ilor biologice de cre\u015ftere \u015fi dezvoltare a valorilor furajere a masei verzi la speciile noi;<\/li>\n<li>ameliorarea unor soiuri noi de plante furajere netradi\u0163ionale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen anul 1950 \u00een cadrul Gr\u0103dinii Botanice a Filialei Moldovene\u015fti a Academiei de \u015etiin\u0163e a URSS au fost ini\u0163iate cercet\u0103ri \u00een domeniul introducerii \u015fi evalu\u0103rii propriet\u0103\u0163ilor furajere la speciile de plante autohtone \u015fi alohtone. \u00cen baza cercet\u0103rilor efectuate s-a stabilit c\u0103 rezerva de mobilizare a plantelor furajere este vast\u0103 &#8211; numai \u00een \ufb02 ora spontan\u0103 a Moldovei exist\u0103 cca 700 specii de plante care pot \ufb01\u00a0\u00a0folosite ca plante furajere (prof. N. Derevi\u0163ki, academicianul M. Lupa\u015fcu, dr. T.Cupori\u0163caia, dr. A.Teleu\u0163\u0103). \u00cen calitate de specii valoroase au fost eviden\u0163iate Vicia angustifolia Reichard, Astragalus cicer L., Lathyrus sylvestris L.. Sub conducerea acad. M.Lupa\u015fcu a fost fondat\u0103 o colec\u0163ie impun\u0103toare a soiurilor \u015fi formelor autohtone de Medicago sativa L., care au servit \u00een calitate de surs\u0103 genetic\u0103 valoroas\u0103 pentru ameliorarea soiurilor noi. Ulterior au fost continuate cercet\u0103rile cu privire la elaborarea agro\ufb01 tocenozelor furajere cu un randament \u00eenalt de utilizare a energiei solare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anii 1975 &#8211;\u00a01980 a\u00a0fost evaluat\u0103 colec\u0163ia mondial\u0103 de Glycine max Merrill. \u015fi selectate 230 forme valoroase pentru ameliorarea soiei \u00een Moldova (dr. A. Teleu\u0163\u0103). Cercet\u0103rile au permis eviden\u0163ierea formelor bogate \u00een protein\u0103 \u015fi acizi aminici esen\u0163iali, ulei, cu un con\u0163inut sc\u0103zut al inhibitorilor tripsinei, forme adaptate la recoltarea mecanizat\u0103 a boabelor. Au\u00a0\u00a0fost stabilite 423 legit\u0103\u0163ile de acumulare a proteinelor 11S \u00een boabele de soia, eviden\u0163i a t e\u00a0\u00a0r egiuni l e\u00a0\u00a0geogr a f i c e\u00a0\u00a0de\u00a0\u00a0provini en\u0163 \u0103\u00a0\u00a0a\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0e cot ipur i lor\u00a0\u00a0de\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0soi a ,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0c a r e\u00a0\u00a0pr e z int\u0103\u00a0\u00a0int e r e s\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00een\u00a0\u00a0s copul\u00a0\u00a0mobi l i z\u0103r i i\u00a0\u00a0genofondului\u00a0\u00a0de\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0perspectiv\u0103 pentru Moldova.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2367\" src=\"https:\/\/gbni.usm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Picture26-300x288.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu anul 1980 \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent activeaz\u0103 grupa de cercet\u0103tori \u00een domeniul introducerii plantelor furajere noi (custodedr.A.Teleu\u0163\u0103). A fost creat\u0103 colec\u0163ia de plante furajere, care cuprinde 260 taxoni, care apar\u0163in la 13 familii \u015fi 52 genuri.<\/p>\n<p>Au fost cercetate particularit\u0103\u0163ile de dezvoltare, con\u0163inutul proteinei, acizilor aminici, a macro-si micro elementelor \u00een masa verde, a vitaminei C, digestibilitatea\u00a0\u00a0\u015fi valoarea nutritiv\u0103, produc\u0163ia de semin\u0163e la 150 specii de plante furajere noi din \ufb02 ora spontan\u0103 autohton\u0103 \u015fi alohton\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 colec\u0163ie serve\u015fte ca baz\u0103 pentru cercet\u0103rile de introducere \u015fi ameliorare cu scopul de extindere a asortimentului de culturi furajere utilizate \u00een agricultur\u0103 pentru ob\u0163inerea furajelor de calitate \u00eenalt\u0103 \u015fi conservarea fitobiodiversit\u0103\u0163ii in Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Speciile de plante furajere noi, men\u0163inute \u00een colec\u0163ia Gr\u0103dinii Botanice (Institut) a A\u015eM:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2368\" src=\"https:\/\/gbni.usm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Picture27-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Familia APIACEAE<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Lindl.: Heracleum lehmanianum Bugne, Heracleum asperum (Hoffm.)
