Aceste condimente sunt prelucrate \u00een diferi\u0163i conservan\u0163i de origine sintetic\u0103, care sporesc indiciile de nocivitate a produsului.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elaborarea implementat\u0103 de\u00a0<em>Laboratorul Resurse Vegetale<\/em>\u00a0din cadrul Gr\u0103dinii Botanice (Institut) a A\u015eM sunt produsele condimentar aromatice originale, precum sarea, uleiul, o\u0163etul aromatizate cu materie prim\u0103 autohton\u0103, care reprezint\u0103 o noutate pentru industria farmaceutic\u0103 \u015fi alimentar\u0103. Acestea au propriet\u0103\u0163i curative de eliminare din organism a produselor metabolice \u015fi de catalizare a proceselor fermentative, care asigur\u0103 o digestie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 \u015fi un bun schimb de substan\u0163e, manifest\u0103 activitate antiseptic\u0103 \u015fi antioxidant\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Produsele condimentar aromatice autohtone sunt o premier\u0103 pe \u0163ar\u0103.. Printre avantajele acestei realiz\u0103ri pot fi men\u0163ionate:\u00a0<em>soiurile noi autohtone cu un con\u0163inut bogat \u00een substan\u0163e biologic active, cu o productivitate sporit\u0103 \u015fi rezisten\u0163\u0103 la secet\u0103 \u015fi ar\u015fi\u0163\u0103, precum \u015fi tehnologia ecologic\u0103 de fondare a planta\u0163iilor de producere a materiei prime.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Impactul socio-economic:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00cen colaborare cu SRL\u201dTRIODOR\u201d, \u00een satul Negureni, raionul Telene\u015fti au fost fondate planta\u0163ii de producere a materiei prime &#8211; 1,5 ha, fiind montat\u0103 \u015fi o linie tehnologic\u0103 de producere a o\u0163etului balsamic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pentru producerea s\u0103rii, uleiului aromatic \u015fi o\u0163etului balsamic, SRL\u201dRovazena\u201d a fondat cu suportul Gr\u0103dinii Botanice, planta\u0163ii de 50-55 ha, \u00een raionul Cahul, s. Giurgule\u015fti, raionul H\u00eence\u015fti, s. Cicoara.
